Shipping Policy

We will ship out your order within 2-3 business days after we receive your order. We use real-time calculated rates from USPS to calculate shipping cost, and any orders over $25 will be eligible for free shipping for US orders. $5 flat shipping fee for all US order under $25. We will make every reasonable effort to meet the order processing and dispatch time, but in no cases will we be held liable to you if we are unable to meet such timescales. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and related charges in the event, but not limited to, a shipment being refused or delivery failure due to the absence of the receiver, or errors in personal information provided.  

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and truthful information including the name, billing & shipping addresses, phone numbers and emails for their orders. Minito & Co. cannot be held responsible for order form errors and any subsequent consequences including, but not limited to, delivery delays or the parcel loss. 

If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by a customer, such order will not be compensated. If a parcel is returned, the parcel can be redelivered. Customers will be responsible for all expenses incurred including costs for re-delivery, forwarding, return of or re-shipping of such orders. 

Pre-ordered items will be shipped together once all the items are arrived.

Customers can return items for a refund or exchange if the conditions listed herein are met. In all cases, a return request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt via our email at Following an approval of any return request, the item must be returned within 7 days. The return postage costs and re- sending cost of the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility. 

Minito & Co. does not accept unsolicited returns. Any items returned to us without prior agreement will not be compensated. 

1. Returning an incorrect item, faulty item or manufacture damaged item:   
Minito & Co. will cover return shipping costs by sending a customer a printable pre-paid return label. During the process we will assess the situation regarding the goods with the customer (photographic information may be requested for faulty / manufacture damaged items). Upon receiving, inspecting and verifying that the goods are wrong / faulty as described, Minito & Co. will arrange either a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to the customer. 

We cannot refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way. A few items cannot be returned and sales of these are final (The following items are final sales and non-returnable: Items packed with plastic wraps, tableware, silicone items).

The return and re-sending postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility. The items need to be packaged well with original form of packaging and proof of postage and/or tracking information must be shared. All returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received at the Minito & Co. 

2. Returning items due to change of mind: 
Please note we cannot refund products that are being returned due to change of mind. Minito & Co. Reserves the right to refuse the return of items or issue refunds when requests do not meet the conditions set out above.
